I’ve known Kyle for over 15 years and have had the chance to work with him personally and his clients professionally over the years. As a contractor in Monterey county, I worked with several Realtors on a regular basis, but Kyle was by far the best to work with, as he holds the same values and integrity I held with my own company. Kyle is one of a kind. I am a single mom / schoolteacher with a teenage daughter, and I worry about everything! I was stuck in a unique yet challenging situation…a 5 year “interest only” loan that was about to expire on my modest apartment in Pacific Grove…a “Tenants in Common” unit which can be confusing for potential buyers. I decided to sell instead of refinance so that I would have more financial freedom. I wanted to go back to renting. Kyle and his graphic artist designed gorgeous, detailed, double sided fliers, and they made sure I never ran out. This alone is impressive. Kyle also marketed my place very well in the paper and on-line and held many open houses. He was easy to reach and never left me wondering what was going on. My daughter and I are now settled in a wonderful rental house in PG, and we are so happy here. There are not enough words in the English vocabulary to describe Kyle Morrison; without a doubt the very best real estate agent we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! It is January 2008, and the financial and real estate markets have not been this bad in decades.
