RED HOUSE CAFE
This quaint little restaurant is one of our favorites…Only sits about 20 people, but on a sunny, warm day you can sit out on the front porch or on the sidewalk tables…really cute and really great food. All from scratch and portions are good. Open for lunch and dinner…and Sunday brunch. The food is GREAT! as is the atmosphere..Wait staff is really friendly $$$ out of $$$$$

STICKS RESTAURANT AND GRILL
This is one of the Peninsula’s best kept secret! Great food and killer views of Spanish Bay golf course and the OCEAN! Never a wait, super casual (shorts, tee shirts, sweatshirts, etc. allowed and encouraged!) Don’t miss this for lunch or dinner. We split the fresh turkey burger and a salad and leave totally satisfied. Burgers, club sandwiches, and specials of the day are all TOP NOTCH. Prices are fair and service is excellent. Atmosphere is…well what can you say for a place that has 20 tv’s surrounding you?! GO! $$$ out of $$$$$
The Liks at Spanish Bay
Great ribs and chicken! Just off Cannery Row in Monterey this is a fairly new restaurant in town and they do a great job. I haven’t eaten the ribs yet, but I’ve heard they are excellent…I can speak for the Chicken though…and the mashed potatoes and green beans are killer. It’s a fun ambiance with a full bar if you’d like to watch a game and have a glass of wine or beer (on tap) This is a QUALITY establishment….Same owners as Rio Grill (on my favorites list and Mon Trio – also on my favorites list)Well done. I’d give it an 8.5 out of 10$$$ 1/2 out of $$$$$
